If you need additional Specialists and you placed the original order in the mobile or Client web app:
- Tap Orders and select Active Orders
- Tap the Order you want to adjust
- Select the Shift on which you need more help
- Tap the + icon
- Save your changes
If you placed an order with your customer success manager or need to make adjustments, contact your customer success manager with the requested updates to your order.
Please give at least 48 hour notice when reducing the number of Specialists you need. Advanced notice will allow us to notify the workers who will be removed from your shift and give them a chance to claim other work.
If you placed the Order in the app, you can make changes to your Order by selecting the “Request Update” button. Additionally, you can create a draft and place it at a later time if you don’t think you have the final details.
