Geolocation (beta) - Geolocation is an optional feature that allows you to see the location of Specialists during your shifts in your app. You can contact your customer success manager about adding Geolocation to your shifts.
Once it’s enabled, to use Geolocation:
- Open your roster
- Find the Specialist you wish to locate
- Tap the green location “ping” icon
- Tap any of the 15 minute intervals to verify that the Specialist was on site at that time
