If you don’t enter hours within 24 hours of a shift’s scheduled end time or if there is a discrepancy between what you reported and what a Specialist reported, we will send an email reminder requesting you review and approve hours. During this period, we will show you the Specialist submitted hours as well. You then have 48 hours to review and approve hours.
If you do not enter hours within 72 hours of the end of work, we will pay and bill based on hours reported by the Specialist or, in the event that the Specialist also did not report hours, the scheduled duration of the shift.
