We match Specialists to your shifts based on the requirements you set with your Shiftgig Customer Success Manager. We evaluate Specialists across several dimensions to determine their eligibility to work with you. These can include:
- Criminal background check
- Experience check
- Online assessments
- In-person trainings
- Certification checks
- Other screening measures per your Shiftgig contract
