If a Specialist is not at the check-in site by the start of their shift, you may want to contact them directly. You can text or call the Specialist through the app immediately before and during their shift. In your Client mobile app:
- Open the event roster
- Tap the photo of the Specialist you need to contact
- Tap the phone or chat icons to call or text the Specialist
If you are unable to reach the Specialist or they say they are no longer able to make it to your shift due to emergency or other circumstances, contact your customer success manager to discuss your options.
