We work hard to ensure the Specialists we send to you are the right fit for your business. We also understand that, sometimes, things just don’t work out. You have the option to Block a Specialist if they came to work for you in the past, but you don’t want them to work for you in the future.
Good reasons to block a Specialist include:
- They failed to follow instructions and perform the work required
- They were argumentative or had a bad attitude
- They are a current or former direct employee
If a Specialist displays gross misconduct on your shift, contact your customer success manager in addition to blocking them. If there is a specific reason as to why the Specialist is being blocked, be sure to enter Block > other > enter a reason. If a Specialist is blocked for severe reasons or by multiple clients, they may be disciplined or terminated.
If you believe you made a mistake when blocking a Specialist, contact your customer success manager to request an unblock.
