If you logged out of the app and have forgotten or would like to change your password:
- Click Forgot Password on the login screen in the app
- Enter the email address associated with your Shiftgig account
- Wait for a password reset email to be sent to that address
- Follow the link in reset email to reset your password
If you don't receive a password reset email within 10 minutes of requesting one, check your email spam or junk folder or try again.
After your 4th login attempt, you will see a message stating your account has been locked. If you see this message, wait for 20 minutes and try again.
