Changes to your deposit account may take up to two pay cycles for changes to take effect. Make sure to retain access to your old account for two full weeks after updating your account.
To update your direct deposit account, you must do so in ADP Workforce Now** on a computer with a secure internet connection (you cannot update your direct deposit through your ADP app). For help registering for an ADP Workforce Now account, see How do I register for ADP Workforce Now?
Once you've logged into ADP Workforce Now, navigate to Pay>Direct Deposit in the top menu. From there, you can add, remove, and edit direct deposit accounts.
To add an account, be sure to select the correct account type and input your routing number in the field titled Transit ABA Number and your account number in the field titled Bank Deposit Account Number. Double check all numbers for accuracy. Inaccurate direct deposit account information may result in delayed payment.
**ShiftgigX Specialists update their direct deposit through Payable rather than ADP.
