The I-9 is a form used to verify identity and employment authorization required by the government. Only Specialists onboarding for work with Shiftgig Bullpen Inc. need to complete an I-9 with Shiftgig.
The I-9 is completed in partnership with your local Shiftgig team. You complete section 1 of your I-9 in WorkBright. A member of the Shiftgig team will view your approved forms of ID in person and complete section 2.
If your I-9 is rejected* in WorkBright:
- Login to shiftgig.workbright.com using the same login and password you used the first time you logged in
- You will see the option to resubmit your Form I-9
- Click resubmit and follow the onscreen instructions
*If your I-9 was rejected because your address or other basic information was incorrect, you will need to update the basic information in your profile FIRST, then resubmit your form I-9.
