To update your address in your Shiftgig app, complete both of these steps:
1. Update your Profile
- Go to the My Profile section and find your contact information.
- Tap Request Update and provide your new physical address (XX).
If you are moving out of your current Shiftgig market, you will need to request a market change. You can learn more about making market changes at How do I change my Shiftgig market?
2. Update your Payment information
- Make changes in our payment system, ADP Workforce Now*. Learn more here: How can I update payment info?
All pay-related documents will be mailed to the address associated with your ADP account at the time of mailing.
*Please note: ShiftgigX contractors can update their payment information through Payable (not ADP).
