We provide you the opportunity to claim and work shifts on your own schedule. To remain employed** with Shiftgig and active in our system, you must claim and work at least one shift per 12 consecutive months. If you don’t work within any 12 month period, your account may be deactivated and terminated due to inactivity.
If you are deactivated due to inactivity, you may reach out to the Community Success team within 30 days to request reactivation. Outside of that 30 day period or after multiple deactivations, you must reapply to be eligible for reactivation.
**Any W-2 Specialist hired with Shiftgig Bullpen, Inc. who has worked at least one shift is considered an employee.
