Make sure you bring a valid photo ID. Many events have secure entrances and IDs are often required to bypass security.
Always check shift details in your app for specific information about what you should bring (and not bring) to a shift. A shift may have certain equipment requirements, e.g., a bartender may be asked to bring a bar kit. Make sure you have the required equipment (in good condition) prior to claiming a shift.
You are responsible for providing your own uniform unless otherwise specified in the shift description. Uniforms should always be clean, pressed, and in good condition.
Not all venues have secure areas for your personal belongings. You are responsible for anything you bring to the job site. We would hate for anything of yours to be lost or damaged on a shift, but neither Shiftgig nor our clients are liable for lost, damaged, or stolen property. It’s best to leave all non-essential items at home.
