You will get an automatic notification in following cases:
- New shifts are posted which you are eligible to claim
- Reminders for upcoming shifts you are scheduled to work (2 hours / 24 hours / 72 hours in advance)
- Confirmations for a shift you have claimed
- Alerts that a shift has been dropped or event details changed
- New skills are added to your profile
- An unavailable shift you opted to be notified for frees up (formerly "waitlist")
You have the option of receiving notifications through in-app push messages, SMS, and email, and may choose which channels you prefer. If you would like to turn off shift notification emails, texts, or in-app push messages, you can update your notifications in your app’s Settings.
