If you logged out of the app and have forgotten or would like to change your password, tap Forgot Password on the login screen in the app. After you tap Forgot Password, you will be prompted to enter your email address. Make sure to enter the email address you use with your Shiftgig app (generally the email you applied with). This will send a password reset email to this address. If you don't receive a reset email within 10 minutes of requesting a reset, first check your spam folder and then try again.
Tip: If you do not see the Forgot Password prompt, log out of the app, so you can see the main login screen.
