You were viewing a shift, confirmed that you can meet all the requirements, and touched the claim button only to receive an error message or have nothing happen! Some common reasons for errors include:
- The shift was filled while you were trying to claim it and there are no longer open positions.
- The shift details changed, making you ineligible to work.
If a shift is no longer available to claim, don’t sweat it, more shifts are added all the time!
If you cannot claim a shift and it continues to appear available in your app, take note of what happened, including the date and title of the shift in question and follow these troubleshooting steps.
