As part of the Shiftgig community, your success is a priority for us. This FAQ will be your first-stop resource to find answers to your most pressing questions. However, we understand that some topics are better left to our Community Success team. They may include:
- A change to your residential address, phone number, or email address
- Questions about pay
- Emergencies that may delay or prevent you from working your shift
The Community Success team is available from:
- 6:00am to 6:00pm (CST), Monday through Friday
- 8:00am to 6:00pm (CST), Saturday and Sunday
Contact Community Success by submitting a ticket in your app. To submit a ticket:
- Click the Settings gear in the "My Profile" section of your app
- Under "Support," choose "Contact us"
