There may be a few reasons why you may not see shifts:
- Skills- You only see shifts you have the right skills for. These are determined when you first were hired, but can be added as your experience grows.
- Prior commitment- If you have claimed a shift, you will not see shifts that occur at the same time, or within 2 hours of the start or end time of that shift.
- Location- You must be located within 60 miles of the workplace.
- Number of available shifts- We are continually trying to expand our list of Clients to bring you more shifts. Check back periodically to see our growing list of shifts and shift types. Be the first to claim a shift by responding to your app notifications!
- Blocked- If you have been blocked by a Client, you are ineligible to pick up future shifts with them, which may reduce the number of shifts you see overall.
