Specialists can be sent home from shifts if they don’t meet all the shift requirements, arrive late, or were previously dropped from the shift. If you are sent home from a shift for one of those reasons, please review all shift requirements and travel times thoroughly before claiming future shifts and be sure to check the “My Shifts” section of your app before leaving for a shift.
Occasionally, a client will meet their staff requirements for a given day prior to a Specialist’s start time. If you met all shift requirements and were sent home shortly after arrival, please contact email@example.com with the following information:
- The time you checked in with the on-site contact
- The name of the onsite contact who sent you home
- A screenshot of the shift listed in the “My Shifts” section of your app
