We know that you signed up for Shiftgig to work shifts! If you aren't seeing as many shifts as you'd like, we understand that can be frustrating. However this information will help provide a better understanding:
The shifts you see in your app are all of those currently available that match your skills and experience in your area.
Our clients are always posting new opportunities into the app so even if you don’t see any right now, please continue to check back often.
If you have notifications turned on, we'll send you an automated message whenever a new shift matching your skills and experience is posted. You can adjust your notification preferences here.
As you claim, work, and do a fantastic job at shifts, you have the potential to be granted All-Star status by clients who love working with you. When you receive an All-Star, you receive early access to shifts from that client.
If you aren’t seeing any shifts at all, please take the following steps:
- Check that your address, as displayed, can be found by mapping software such as Google Maps or MapQuest. Shiftgig uses your location to show you shifts and won’t be able to do so with an unrecognized address.
- Check that you have at least two skill tags. You must have either “Compliance: Bgc National” or “Sgx: Shiftgigx” plus at least one additional tag to be eligible for shifts.
- If you notice an issue with your address or skill tags, please contact the Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
