The shifts you see in your app are all of those currently available for you to claim. We add new shifts daily. As we add more shifts, you’ll see them show up in your app. You can adjust your notification preferences in your app settings to ensure you are alerted whenever new shifts become available.
As you claim, work, and do a fantastic job at shifts, you have the potential to be granted All-Star status by clients who love working with you. When you receive an All-Star, you receive early access to shifts from that client.
If you aren’t seeing any shifts at all, please take the following steps:
- Check that your address, as displayed, can be found by mapping software such as Google Maps or MapQuest. Shiftgig uses your location to show you shifts and won’t be able to do so with an unrecognized address.
- Check that you have at least two skill tags. You must have either “Compliance: Bgc National” or “Sgx: Shiftgigx” plus at least one additional tag to be eligible for shifts.
