You may not receive a notification for an available shift in the following cases:
- You are not eligible for the shift. See Why don’t I see more shifts?
- The shift is in an “Advanced Notice” period and only available to the Client’s All-starred workers.
- You have notifications turned off in your app settings. See How do I update my notification preferences?
If you use the "Notify Me" (formerly Waitlist) feature, you receive a notification inviting you to claim a shift only if the worker who previously claimed the shift drops it. If the original claimer never drops the shift, you will never receive an invitation to claim it. Remember, you are not expected at a shift unless you claim it and it appears in the "Upcoming" section of your app.
